I received the product. Plugged it in. Nothing but a couple of clicks.Very disappointed.
Bought it to go with my Black and Decker Thermo Electric cooler and warmer.When I plugged it in my home, the cooler low voltage light comes on and it begins clicking.It is not strong enough although I read reviews which claimed it was.
However, when using the PowerLine unit, my light was very dim - appearing as if it wasn't getting enough power. I bought this item to power a 12v spot light from West Marine. The light works fine when powered by my car's cigarette lighter. This item might be fine for powering other items but it didn't work out for me. Thanks to Amazons great return policy, I was able to return the item and get a refund.
Excellent product. I received a coffee mug that heats up in the car. Since my commute is only 10 minutes, my coffee would get cold at work before I could drink it. Now I wait to heat it at work, so it is always hot.
I purchased this adapter so that I could charge my Motorola Bluetooth speaker phone outside of my car, and also charge my GPS unit outside of my car. Since both only came with the DC plug for the cigarette lighter, this is the perfect adapter to allow you to charge these types of things in your house. I am very happy with this product.
